OUR STORY

EARC–Education and Research Consortium is a not-for-profit educational organization focused on providing up-to-date teaching pedagogical and other educational services for school teachers at lower & upper basic education, Teachers at tertiary educational institutions, educational management staff and to other stakeholders interested in quality education. 

The consortium was established in response to the widening need for improvements in quality education. In 2020, the Global Education Monitoring report, conducted to update the global community on the state of educational development and extent of progress in efforts towards attaining the education for sustainable development goals, had it that progress towards attaining the Education for Sustainable Development Goals (ESD) had receded since last year (2020) exacerbated by the impact of Covid-19 pandemic.

These, together with widening inequality and access to quality education, contributed to the premise for forming the association to provide high quality pedagogical skills and make them affordable to most teachers and educational administrators.

The organization provides varied educational services including educational management and teacher training skills on effective pedagogical skills for effective teaching, including efficient use of remote learning resources, efficient classroom management while teaching on-line, preparing lessons for effective online and off-line teaching, quality assessment and educational leadership for effective management.
